These billing terms apply to purchases from the Maison Velle online store, which is legally operated by Vouge Verde Mösch.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by customer location and device. Do not rely on a payment method unless it is offered for your order at checkout.
Currency and total price
The store displays and processes orders in British pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Delivery is free on every order, so no shipping charge is added. Before payment, checkout displays the product subtotal, any discounts and the total payable.
Taxes and import charges
All taxes and import duties are included in the prices shown. The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount payable, and nothing further is charged to you afterwards — not by us, not by the carrier and not by customs.
Orders ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis: import VAT, customs duty and any carrier clearance fee are invoiced to us and settled by us, not by the recipient. If a carrier nevertheless requests a payment on delivery, contact info@maisonvelle.co.uk with your order number before you pay. If you have already paid, send us the receipt and we will reimburse the full amount. See the Shipping Policy for further information.
Payment authorisation
By placing an order, you authorise the amount shown at checkout to be charged to your selected payment method. We may delay, reject or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, order information is materially incomplete, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment security
Payments are processed by the payment providers offered through Shopify checkout. We do not store full card numbers. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used by the relevant providers.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method. We do not issue store credit in place of a refund and we do not charge a restocking fee. Refund timing and conditions are set out in the Return & Refund Policy.
Order confirmation and billing questions
After successful checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied. For a billing discrepancy or suspected unauthorised transaction, contact info@maisonvelle.co.uk promptly with the order number. You may also have rights through your payment provider.
