These billing terms apply to purchases from the Maison Velle online store (previously Jacqueline van Hoef), which is legally operated by Vouge Verde Mösch.
Accepted payment methods
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by customer location and device. Do not rely on a payment method unless it is offered for your order at checkout.
Currency and total price
The store currently displays and processes orders in British pounds sterling (GBP). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Delivery is free on every order, so no shipping charge is added. Before payment, checkout displays the product subtotal, any discounts and the total payable.
Taxes and import charges
All taxes and import duties are included in the prices shown. The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount payable, and nothing further is charged to you — by us, by the carrier or by customs — after the order is placed.
Orders ship on a delivered-duty-paid basis. Import VAT, customs duty and any carrier clearance fee are settled by us, not by the recipient. If a carrier nevertheless requests a payment on delivery, send the receipt and your order number to info@maisonvelle.co.uk and we will reimburse the full amount. Payment authorisation
By placing an order, you authorise the amount shown at checkout to be charged to your selected payment method. We may delay, reject or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, order information is materially incomplete, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Payment security
Payments are processed by the payment providers offered through Shopify checkout. We do not store full card numbers. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but appropriate technical and organisational safeguards are used by the relevant providers.
Order confirmation and billing questions
After successful checkout, we send an order confirmation to the email address supplied. For a billing discrepancy or suspected unauthorised transaction, contact info@maisonvelle.co.uk promptly with the order number. You may also have rights through your payment provider.
